The alignment tool is an aid to align the DEGER under an exactly 90° angle to the sun. The photovoltaic module reaches its highest yield when it is aligned under an exact right angle to the light source.
The patented Maximum Light Detection sensor technology has been developed for a permanent realignment of the DEGER to the brightest spot in the sky. By eliminating any possible alignment faults of the MLD sensors, the system works even more efficiently and produces a higher yield.
