Another successfull upgrade from a 100 kWp fixed mount solar project to MLD technology took place in Fthiotida, central Greece.
Bifacial modules (luxor 400Wp) were used in combination with our S100-DR (double row single axis trackers) for the first time ever. The DEGER Greece team overcame the inherrant disadvantages of the narrow field by implementing a specially designed metal structure in order to maximize the available surfare area on site.
The upgraded energy installation is estimated to achieve an increase in yields of over 40% in comparison to the past production. Measurements show that yields are on par with dual axis systems, and perhaps even higher.
